Therapeutic Touch Practitioners Graduate from Langara College Therapeutic Touch Practitioner Certificate Program

June 6th marked the second convocation ceremony for students of the Therapeutic Touch Practitioner Certificate Program. The program which can be completed in a minuimum of one year or up to three years began in March of 2015. In June of 2016 we had one graduate and June of 2017 six more students graduated from this program! The only program of it's kind, it gives students the necessary understanding and skills to practice Therapeutic Touch. Students report they have a deep level of understanding, an increased level of confidence, and a deep sense of connection with their classmates and the Therapeutic Touch community as a whole. Providing Therapeutic Touch sessions in various health care facilities in different communities really seems to add to the richness of the experience.
